Built for a busy pass, not a phone.

Partners get a tablet view of tonight’s orders, timed to your closing. Riders are batched so the lobby stays quiet, and every bag is checked out with a code.
Your window, your rules: staff entrance, loading bay or concierge.
Your brand, your way: “Nairobi’s top kitchens, opened for you”: always premium, never a clearance.
Food safety built in: hold times and allergens on every listing.

We used to throw away forty kilos a night and feel terrible about it. Now it’s on someone’s table by ten, and it pays for a second pastry chef.

Questions

Partners ask us.

Will this cheapen our brand?

No. Listings use your name, your photography and our “Nairobi’s top kitchens, opened for you” frame. You set a floor price, and bags are never shown as discounts on your restaurant page.

What does PikaBox charge?

20% of each bag sold, including payments and the rider network. No setup fee, no monthly fee, and nothing in a week you don’t list.

Who is responsible for food safety?

You prepare and hold food to your normal standards. We enforce hold times on every listing and riders carry insulated bags. Our insurance covers delivery.

Can we donate what doesn’t sell?

Yes. Tap Donate at closing and a rider takes it to a feeding programme nearby, free. It shows up in your report.

List your first bag tonight.

Sign up in ten minutes. Our partner team sets up your tablet this week.
