How long does a gift last?
Twelve months from the day it’s sent. We remind them a month before, and you can extend it once for free.
Can I gift someone outside Nairobi?
Yes, as a gift card. They can use it for MealKits and cook-alongs anywhere, and for everything when PikaBox reaches their city.
What if they have allergies?
They choose the dish themselves, and their allergy filters apply. You can add a note, like “nut-free for Amani”, to guide them.
Can it go into a family wallet?
Yes. Gifts can top up a family wallet, so a parent can cover the house help’s lunches or a student’s suppers.
