How booking works
Agree the price. Then relax.
Every booking runs through PikaBox, from the first message to the last plate.
Ask for a quotePick a date, the guests and a menu. Add allergies and the kitchen you have.
Get a quote, or counterThe chef quotes per guest. Counter once or twice in chat until it feels right.
Pay, held by PikaBoxM-Pesa or card. The chef sees it’s paid, but nothing is released yet.
A live dinnerYour chef checks in on arrival. Follow the courses, add a guest, tip in a tap.
Release with your codeHappy? Give your four-digit code. Only then is the chef paid, within the hour.
