Delete your
account.

You can delete your PikaBox or PikaBox Rider account at any time, from the app or from the web. Here is how, and what happens next.
Sign in to deletePrivacy policy
In the PikaBox app

Open the You tab, then Settings › Privacy & security › Delete account. We email you a code; enter it to confirm.

In the PikaBox Rider app

Open Me › Settings › Delete my account and confirm with the code we email you. Earnings owed to you are paid to your M-Pesa first.

On the web

Sign in at pikabox.co, then open Settings › Privacy & security › Delete your account and confirm with the code.

What happens when you delete

Every device is signed out at once. Your account is deleted 14 days after you confirm; change your mind within those days and it stays. Open orders, bookings or money still held for a dinner have to finish first, and the app tells you if anything is waiting.

Then we erase what identifies you: your profile, email and phone number, addresses and gate codes, saved allergies and diets, posts, messages, and all health readings from Apple Health or Health Connect. Sales and tax records stay for as long as Kenyan law requires, tied to an id that no longer names anyone.

Can’t sign in?

Email privacy@pikabox.co from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. You can also reach us through the help centre.
