Paying for a booking
You pay by M-Pesa when you book a menu or accept a quote. The chef’s price and the service fee are shown separately before you pay.
When the chef is paid
At the end of the night you give the chef your completion code. That releases the payment. If you don’t raise a problem, it is released automatically a day after the dinner.
If something isn’t right
Hold the payment from the booking instead of sharing the code. A person on our support team looks at it before any money moves.
