In short
At checkout a prompt lands on your phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN and your order is placed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
If the prompt doesn’t arrive
Keep the app open and try again from the order. An order that isn’t paid within 30 minutes is cancelled and nothing is charged.
Refunds
Refunds go back the way you paid, and each one is shown on the order.
